    Coronavirus (COVID-19) update- March 2020

    We are working hard to follow government and NHS guidelines aimed at preventing the spread of COVID-19 as best as possible. This means that we are temporarily unable to offer face to face appointments.

    We are still offering a range of therapies online, over the phone and using video-calls, so please do make a referral here if you are happy to have therapy in these formats- click here for referral form.

    Talk together Bromley is a free NHS evidence-based talking therapy service for people aged 18 years and over, who are anxious, stressed, have low mood or suffer from depression.

    We provide a range of treatment programmes including one-to-one therapy, counselling and group work. At least one in four of us will experience mental health problems at some stage in our lives. Problems such as anxiety, low mood, stress and worry can happen for many reasons. It’s important to remember that there are people who can help you.

    If you are registered with a Bromley GP and would like support from Talk together Bromley you can refer yourself by either by calling 0300 003 3000 or completing our online self-referral form.

    We can offer support through SilverCloud, this is an online course to help you manage stress, anxiety and depression. You work through a series of topics selected by a therapist to address specific needs.
